Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 8-10 business days to process your order. Expect an email within the 8-10 days to let you know your order is on the way. 

SHIPPING: 

Orders are generally shipped within 5-10 business days after the estimated production time. When placing an order, you will receive an estimated shipping cost. The estimated shipping cost is based on the weight of the package, not the specified shipping address. We will update the shipping cost and add a 3% transaction fee to all orders before sending the final invoice. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES: 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@screamtees.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
